Enrollment for the 2008-2009 school year is open beginning January 1, 2008. In the initial "Open Enrollment" period all applicants have an equal opportunity for admission regardless of submitting an application on the first day or the last day of "Open Enrollment". The Open Enrollment period is January 1-February 29, 2008. Applications will be accepted in all grade levels. If the number of applications exceeds the number of available spaces for any grade level, a system generated, random lottery will be held to determine who is admitted.
After February 29th, applications will continue to be accepted and admission will be offered based on the order in which the application is received. If a lottery is required and your application was not submitted within the Open Enrollment window, your application will be positioned on the waitlist in the order in which it is received.
Families will be notified within 14 days of the close of the Open Enrollment period if their student has been accepted or if a lottery will be held. Families who are sent an acceptance letter will be given a specific time frame to respond. If the school does not receive a response during the time frame outlined, the applicant will be removed from the accepted list and placed on the waitlist.
